Supervises positions:All shift supervision and hourly associates
General description:Responsible for all activities in continuous and cold pad dyeing,
and dispensing area.
Working schedule:M-S (Or as required by schedule)

Experience/Education
Work Experience: At least 5 years experience in management of a continuous dyeing operation
Education:?Textile chemistry or related field

Software experience:Word and Excel preferred, must have working knowledge of spectrophotometry and colorimetry
Languages:English/Vietnamese
Written skills:Good written and oral communication skills required

Responsibilities
1) Responsible for the daily activities of three production shifts of dyeing
2) Must ensure that customer specifications are met in the dyeing operation
3) Assist in the scheduling of production equipment to maximize performance.
4) Maintain safe operating conditions at all times.
5) Responsible for controlling costs and efficiencies in dyeing operations
6) Responsible for ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are followed
7) Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and orderly department
8) Continually examines material, methods, machinery, and manpower to improve production, quality and safety.
